Totally waste Service
I purchased Hp 14 i3 12th gen Refurbished laptop.....Amazon send me garbage product. when I push power button laptop cpu fan running but there is no display.....And they claim technical team tested product. Totally disappointed. My advise to all people who are searching refurbished product. Once you purchased you can replace the product but not refunded. There is no guarantee of replace product working condition.
