Genuine Indesit Fan Oven Element Heater (2500W, 2 Turn, Original Part)

Bought one of these from the same seller several years ago so when it finally needed replacing I was surprised to find the price hadn't risen more than a few pence! It's a genuine part at a very reasonable price and is quite easy to install but care should be taken to keep the connectors from slipping back through to the innards of the cooker! I used washing pegs which held the things in place effectively while swapping the elements over. Worth noting that on an old and well used oven, the U-Nuts used to secure the back plate can be quite rusty and may need replacing - unfortunately they only seem to be available in packs of twenty, but even so the whole job cost less that £13 which is a considerable saving over calling someone out to do it!

Received this item one day earlier than estimated delivery date. Packaging was good and the item was simple to install. For those that have some competency and some confidence in working with electricity, changing this oven element should be no problem at all as it can only be seated in one position. For those that are not confident, a replacement element and paying somebody to install it is still a huge saving when compared with the cost of a new cooker. This element saved me over £500 as I now have a cooker that will last at least another five years, the last element lasted eight years and that too was an Indesit element.

I purchased this recently, it arrived quickly but the packaging was not quite up to the job, the terminals were poking through the cardboard box - fortunately there was no damage. The element is a breeze to fit and requires nothing more than a screwdriver and some patience. It works like a charm!
