TERRIBLE CAMERA, WASTED LOTS OF MONEY, USE YOUR PHONE!
A WASTE OF A LOT OF MONEY-Use your phone! I have had several compact cameras I loved by Canon and the last was Panasonic (who quit making them). They all were easy to use, fit in my pocket, and took beautiful photos--except in low light. All had excellent zooms. I preferred them to my phones. I bought this Sony expecting the same, and was very happy about the selfie set up, but NOT that I would have to pay $500 more to get a model with a flash. I've tried using this camera for months, and used it on a recent trip to Europe. Despite all my reading of the manual and efforts, the Sony WOULD NOT TAKE CONSISTENTLY GOOD PHOTOS. Generally, they were too light or too dark in areas of photos my phone would take perfectly. I also tried constantly adjusting parameters such as light compensation. I could usually end up with good photos, but it was like going back 30 years to old manually adjusting cameras. After repeatedly comparing Sony and phone photos, I gave up, and decided to only take phone photos. I can't get my money back, so I wasted about $900. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
