This works well. You have to be able to fill the tubing with a colored liquid. I used a medicine syringe. The clips on both ends keep the liquids inside the tubes.

I have never been able to fill the "veins" with a blood substitute to practice. It's very difficult as no instructions came with the kit. It defeats the purpose of buying this if you can't see flashes of "blood" when you hit the right vein. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Not really what I expected. It didn’t come with instructions and I was a little lost on how to use it.

Nice for IV practice. Note that if you use fake blood packs, they 'can' and 'will' leak after frequent use, so figure that into your purchase. Having said that, it was worth the buy for me.
