Is really helped me during a stressful period at work.

Excellent brand
I buy much of this brand, Together Health. This 'stress' formula I supplement with vitamin D, B3, and B5....usually through diet.

They work!
I love this supplement. It works really well. I take x2 when stressed, and I use it also as a multivitamin (adding in Together Omega 3) and others, depending on my needs at the time. Together products are food-based, so no chemicals, fillers or anything else 💓

These are amazing - they really work
Hands down amazing supplement for stress, mood, energy and sleep. I have been taking for just less than a week and everything has improved. I have way more energy, I am able to cope with a super busy work and business and in addition my sleep pattern is better, I am falling asleep faster. My response to stress is more balanced and reasonable. This is a miracle supplement. I am exercising and eating well so I think in combination its a winner. PLEASE dont stop making these!!!

Takes the edge off!
I like this brand and buy quite a lot of their stuff. I don't take them daily, but these capsules are the best I have found for taking the edge off when I am feeling particularly stressed out, and they have helped me get to sleep a few times (depending on the stress level).

Probably work if low level stress
I wouldn’t buy again, given them a good try and I think unless you have low level stress, these just aren’t going to do anything for you.
