I purchased a few variations of neck pillows, and knew upon sight that this was the correct shape. It is NOT as firm as other neck pillows, and conforms to the back of your head and tops of shoulders when resting on it. I love it for stillness and back sleeping, and absolutely NO kinks or aches in my neck when I wake up. The firmer neck pillows create too much pressure at the base of my skull and trapezius. This pillow has a shape which allows the head to rest comfortably while most of the support is at the neck. Truly this shape is a great invention.

I sleep with a back wedge, but need the little pillow as well. The one that came with my wedge is a bit too firm for sleeping, so I tried this one. Super comfortable. Unfortunately, it had a strong mildew smell. I let it air out for a couple of weeks since I couldn’t find any sign of actual mildew. Now, it has no smell, so I am happy to use it. I might get a second one so that I have an extra when one is being laundered.

I have neck problems and sleep on full size contoured memory pillow. I have ordered this pillow as additional support when I am watching TV in the bed. I wedge it on the top of my regular pillow. It helps me to comfortable prop my head up and avoid pain in the neck. It’s very supporting and easily moldable to achieve different angles.

TOXIC! Be Warned Strong Chemical Stench that won’t dissipate which is certainly not a pain relief or comfort! Just a major headache, first airing it out for quite a while, which did absolutely no good followed by complete failure to even get the stench out of the cases. It just won’t wash out. Total inability to even try out its neck support, firmness. I don’t understand why memory foam pillows are beyond toxic. Wish I hadn’t given away my originals. Really hoping I can be reimbursed for this actually I think I should demand it after all the trouble it’s caused me. I want it out of my home very toxic! So absolutely no pain relief and my value for money is a complete rip off between dealing with the stench washing the covers over and over with no success and the hassle of either paying return shipping or paying someone to bring it to a shipping place and sending back to amazon. How can they allow such low quality, extremely toxic to even be shipped out is beyond me. definitely not value for my money!

Wasn't very comfortable.

I love this pillow, came back to buy another set for my rv. Disappointed they are no longer available. I take this one with me everywhere i travel. I like that it supports my neck with out the lift on the other side like other pillows. I cut a pillow case to fit. Unfortunately i left my second pillow in an airport. Why i need new extras. Please restock like pillows.

Just exactly what I needed for my neck. It's not too hard. I had read some of the previous comments before ordering saying the pillow had a strong odor to it. I noticed a slight odor but it wasn't over powering. I let it air out due to it being sealed in plastic and them it was fine. I did take advantage of the discount offer of buying two and plan to use the second one on trips.

It comes wrapped up and compressed. I was a little skeptical, but let it sit there for an hour and it shaped up nicely just like it's supposed to, and like memory foam mattresses. I like that it's small and simple. It feels more comfortable than the round tube like pillows I've tried for that neck support. IT is also more simple and supportive than the bigger pillows with the same curves, but with another curve on the other side. This one just lets my head fall back without another curve to go back up to. Can't say it's the best pillow I've had, but I'm on the hunt and still haven't found that perfect one yet. This one is a very good one for now.
