I got the functional trainer from Costco and wanted to be able to maximize the 160 pound weight stack. This attachment allows me to do that. Its thick and I have been using it now for 3 months with no issues. I did have to go to Lowes to get some quick links to make it a little longer and easier to attach and removed without fighting my cables. The quality feels nice and will last me a long time and helps with my workouts.

I would definitely recommend this bar to other home gym enthusiasts. The only reason I didn't give this bar 5 stars is because the grip handles can be a bit uncomfortable for long workouts. The knurling is a bit too aggressive, and it can start to hurt my hands after a while. I would have preferred a softer rubber grip.
