Working great and no more charging necessary

Garbage quality. Worked great for the first year, but right after that just stopped working. I bought two, and both completely lost connection. One is dead and will not connect or blink at all anymore, and the other I tried to calibrate but it keeps losing connection with the device and never passes calibrating stage. Not high quality product as both devices went bad at the same time after one year of usage.

Works perfect throughout Switchbot app, Alexa app and Smartthings. Two Different issues: -Alexa connection works great but does not have the quiet drip mode or silent mode -Matter connection in Smartthings work great, but will not have any scene transfer or silent modes option Workaround: Create scene for Silent mode / Quiet Drift in Switchbot app >> Trigger scene with Alexa routines >> Smartthings will need virtual switch to trigger Alexa scene (Normal Open close and percentage openings are accessible from all 3 apps without any workaround)

Never buy if you want to connect it to Alexa, never response, hard to link and still doesnt work. It work via app only, the whole point was to connect to alexa. Hate this company who is liyimg to customers.

A lot of step by step setup but it was easy to understand. Needed to adjust things to fit them in my home. Initially a bit worried that the white color device on my black curtain rod would be too noticeable but it seems okay on it. A bit of spending to just open curtains automatically but love it as set times to open and close by itself. Also motorized rods are even more expensive and they are not portable. Still think it would be better to install powered motorized one if do renovation next time for long term as no worry for batteries or solar panels, and clean look.

بعد شراء وتجربة المنتج وجدت أنه يؤدي الغرض ولكن *لا أنصح بشراءه* لسببين أساسيين وهما: (1) يحتاج إلى الـ hub الخاص من نفس الشركة لكي يعمل مع بقيه أنظمه المنزل الذكي (مثل المساعد الصوتي أليكسا) وهذا يعني تكلفة إضافية وتطبيق إضافي في قائمة تطبيقات المنزل الذكي. (2) السعر المرتفع، وهذا يشمل جهاز واحد لفتح جهة واحده فقط من الستائر، وان كان لديك ستائر تفتح من جهتين فتحتاج إلى جهازين مما يعني ضعف التكلفة. وبشكل عام يؤدي المنتج الغرض الأساسي المطلوب عمله وهو فتح الستائر وإغلاقها يدوياً أو من تطبيقهم الخاص. ولو أردت المزيد من المزايا فعليك تحمل المزيد من التكاليف.

J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition du Curtain SwitchBot 3, couplé au Hub 3, au panneau solaire et à la télécommande. Et je dois dire que l'ensemble est une véritable réussite. ​Points forts : ​Installation d'une simplicité enfantine : J'ai pu tout installer en moins de 15 minutes sans aucune difficulté. Le manuel est clair et les tutoriels vidéo sur le site de SwitchBot sont très utiles. ​Performance et silence : Les SwitchBot 3 sont incroyablement silencieux. Mes rideaux s'ouvrent et se ferment de manière fluide et discrète, même le matin, je n'entends rien. La puissance du moteur est largement suffisante pour des rideaux assez lourds. ​Le Hub 3 : Le cerveau de la maison connectée : C'est la pièce maîtresse du système. Il permet de contrôler les rideaux à distance, de créer des scénarios (ouvrir les rideaux au lever du soleil, les fermer à la tombée de la nuit) et de les intégrer avec d'autres appareils intelligents (Alexa, Google Home). Il est très réactif et n'a jamais déconnecté. ​Le panneau solaire : Une autonomie illimitée : C'est un accessoire indispensable ! Plus besoin de se soucier de recharger les SwitchBot 3. Le panneau solaire assure une alimentation constante, même par temps nuageux. C'est un confort absolu et un vrai plus pour l'environnement. ​La télécommande : Praticité et simplicité : Bien que l'application soit excellente, j'apprécie la présence de la télécommande. C'est parfait pour les personnes qui ne sont pas toujours avec leur smartphone, ou simplement pour un contrôle rapide et simple sans avoir à chercher son téléphone. ​En conclusion : ​Ce combo SwitchBot est un investissement que je ne regrette absolument pas. Il est pratique, fiable, silencieux et offre un vrai confort au quotidien. C'est la solution idéale pour quiconque souhaite motoriser ses rideaux de manière simple et efficace. Le Hub 3 et le panneau solaire sont des compléments indispensables qui rendent l'expérience encore plus fluide et agréable. Je recommande ce produit les yeux fermés !
