Fantastic seller. Great communication. Fast acting, when sorting a small issue. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will most certainly deal with them in the future! So many online company’s don’t look after their customers, but these are great. Certainly feels nice to deal with another human and not a robot! :)

Lovely birthday candle
Lovely colour for Frozen cake. Good size

Not fit for use.
I have bought this previously, for frozen / Elsa birthday cakes and I was happy and I have bought other age candles too of the same make. However, this time it was delivered late and the candle was split in two. As it has arrived late, we now have no time to replace it before it is needed so I'm quite disappointed right now. It isn't fit for the purpose we bought it for.
