I ordered these for better traction on the treadmill. My treadmill belt got lubricant on the top walking surface by accident. I scrubbed it and the shoes with soap and tried leaving baking soda to absorb it, but it still was very slippery. These grips help me walk normally on it again without slipping. One of the shoe grips did not adhere to my shoe well, but that was probably my own fault for re position it or not cleaning the shoe well. I'll probably order more because I expect these ones to fall off or wear out after some time.

They are also discreet and arnt really noticable, even if someone is in a position where they can see the bottom of your shoes.I did find myself having to readjust them a few times throughout the day, it felt like the adhesive was wearing off. Despite this being a bit of a inconvenience, the pads did do everything that they said they would do, they helped me stay steady on my feet, and I felt confident walking around, knowing that the pads were helping my grip on the floor. They were a definite worthwhile purchase for the day and did a good job keeping me secure in my heels for this special ocasion.

Now these are truly worth writing a review over. I don't know if some of their people have received a different product than I received or if they didn't apply them correctly because some said they didn't stay on. I put these on brand new shoes because they were very slippery on my wood floors and I figured I might get somewhere with marble floors and bust my tail. I wiped down the bottom of my shoes thoroughly with alcohol and let it dry completely before applying them. They totally changed the way it felt to walk. I also cut a piece to put on the heel of the shoe. These work fantastic. Not only did they keep my shoes from slipping, they made them much less noisy on my wood floors, and they actually add a small layer of padding which helped the comfort of my shoes.

So I bought these red shoes but they have a sole that will make you slip and slide, which at my age, I really don't need that. So I remember as a kid that they have these rubber things that you put under your shoes to make them not slip. I came on Amazon, and plugged in what I was looking for, bought these, and placed them on the shoes and that made my day. THEY WORKED..Thank you

The pads are not durable. If you use them on an everyday shoes, they'll worn out quickly. Still protect soles but not for a long time. Work great as anti-slips

Can't really rate the adhesion just yet, but I read the other reviews and lightly sanded and cleaned with alcohol before applying. Two pairs of shoes whose heel rubber had come off, and one that wasn't far behind, so, overall, if they extend the life of three pairs of heels, it's well worth the price! I traced the shape of the heel onto a piece of cardboard and used it as a template, allowing three heel pads from each piece to have a perfect fit. They feel like good quality pads, and I expect they will hold up well.

These things don’t adhere to the soles very well if at all. With in a minute of application they were falling off. Do NOT waste your money. There is barely any stickiness to it after u take the tape off. There is no way these things could ever stay attached to the soles of any shoes I’ve ever seen
