Impressive Performance
Great product for the price! I have used this surface cleaner for almost a year commercially without any issues. The foam grip broke off but all of the casters, brushes and the main bearing have held up perfectly. I would recommend swapping out the nozzle tips for optimal performance based on your machine specs if you plan to use commercially. My only critique would the amount of play between the handle assembly and the lower assembly. It’s a bit rattly but that doesn’t affect performance.

Junk
This surface cleaner claims to be elite, but it’s complete junk. It took me twice as long to clean compared to other products, and the results were awful. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

Not enough pressure even with a high psi machine
Even with a 3700psi pressure washer is didn’t get the job done not enough force came out of the nozzles

Depends what you’re using it for!
I think this is great for someone who wants a solid pressure washer for their own home cleaning. After putting it together and seeing that it’s almost entirely held up by tiny little pins..I didn’t feel so comfortable in trusting the durability of this product in regards to consistent and tough commercial work, etc. Other than that, no complaints good product for at home use.

I received the item in a damaged box taped up so I hope that all the pieces are in place? Not happy how it was presented !!
