Not so much
I bought this on the strength of the great reviews, directly from the major supplier. It’s not easy to use, uncomfortable when you are using it, and in my opinion no better than the old-fashioned neti pot. I’ve suffered sinus issues for years and tried many devices. The neti pot works well. The Pari Sinus2 not so much. EDIT: Since I first posted this review, most of the 5 star reviews (every single one of those with glowing comments) have been removed. It doesn’t too much imagination to work out why. It’s also worth knowing that once the package has been opened, you cannot return the device.
