Easy to read, on the back side is a bus route map.

They are firm and foldable, waterproof, easy to carry, and very accurate. The large size with a full city map has a locating legend that has saved me hours of time in foreign cities. I don't know why it never crossed my mind to buy one for my own home town, but I came across this mini-map of Manhattan subway and bus routes, and now for sure I need the full city version. If you plan to visit New York, you can save yourself tons of money in Uber and taxi costs just by using this tidy little map.

This is a compact one page map the size of a FOLDED Streetwise map with the NY Subway System on one side and the bus routes on the other. It then folds up to be VERY small -- pocket sized. I really like it as a handy reference but I already have some familiarity with these systems. If this is your first trip to Manhattan you might want to look at the subway system online or get a MUCH large paper map, which used to be readily available in the city. If you are used to subway systems especially this one you will probably find this handy but if you aren't you may find it too tiny and hard to use.

The MTA subway booths never have maps. If you don't want to deal with phone apps, this is a great little map to carry and get around with. Just make sure you bring a pocket magnifying glass as well!

This is a one sheet two sided map of the Manhattan Subway Routes and Bus Routes. Folds in thirds to become pocket sized. Printing is a little small, but manageable. Larger maps are available on line from the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA). Overall pleased with my purchase.

Nice portable map that we used for a first time visit to NYC. Yes we used an app map with it. But having this helped to visualize better the surrounding areas and store in my belt bag purse easily for a day of site seeing

I would love to get this map in larger format, so I don't need a magnifier to see the details.

Well worth to keep it in your pocket when visiting NYC. Note where you want to go (searched from laptop/iPad) to paper/notepad, "Google" map it in your iPhone/Android. Then use this subway map for actual last-mile-on-foot travel. It saves you time & $$. Get a transit/subway week-pass first.

We were planning a trip to New York, and my wife - who is doing most of the planning - said to moi, "It would be nice if I had a large map to get a feeing of where everything is in relation to our hotel (Yes, we use Google Maps and it works well, but not really for an overall view of many destinations at once - and only prints on an 8.5x11 page). On to Amazon - saw this map, bought it, there in a couple of days - my wife was ecstatic - I did better buying this map that going to the jewelry store. Just about everything we wanted to see was marked on the map, we put a coloured dot on the map where our hotel is located and were able to get a really good overview of how everything interconnects. For me and especially my wife, well worth the money.
