I usually have one of these first thing in the morning when I get up. They’re small enough to drink in one go, which suits me because I tend to slowly sip coffee and sometimes want a quicker caffeine boost. The taste is reasonably good for an energy shot. It’s slightly sharp, but not unpleasant, and easy enough to get down quickly. If you’ve had similar energy shots before, the flavour is pretty typical. They also seem fairly good value compared with other brands of energy shots, especially when bought in a multipack. That said, energy shots in general do feel a bit pricey for the size, so it’s something I only use when I specifically want a quick hit rather than a full drink. Overall they do exactly what I want from them: quick, convenient caffeine and easy to take first thing in the morning.

For those of you who love coffee but struggle with side effects after drinking it, those who live a busy lifestyle and need a pick up without wanting to drink energy drinks like red bull or monster, those who don't want side effects or a crash after taking a caffeine product! No side effects like coffee or energy drinks that make you use the toilet 8. Cheaper than coffee and energy drinks 9. No more feeling bloated after an energy drink 10. Great tasting I now take these in replace of coffee and energy drinks. It's the best find I have come across and now order these on a regular basis. Highly recommend for day to day busy lifestyles

Brilliant item, just whats needed to get through a tough gym session

These are a handy way to get a quick pick-me-up before a workout or busy day. The blue raspberry flavour is enjoyable—sweet without being overpowering—and the sugar-free formula is a bonus. They give a noticeable energy lift thanks to the caffeine and B-vitamins, without any bloating or sugar crash. The small 60ml size makes them easy to grab and drink on the go. The only minor drawback is that the effect doesn’t last as long as I’d like, so you sometimes need a second one if you have a long session. Overall, very convenient and effective, just not a full-day energy solution.

Gave me the kick I needed for the gym

They do make you feel more energy, but I personally struggle to drink these as I find them quite sickly tasting, due to the “sweetener taste”. So can only use occasionally.
