I am very pleased with the product. The only thing I would say is that the instructions for setup are appalling. I eventually found a YouTube video to work out how to construct the winding mechanism.

On arrival badly damaged when opening up the products to inspect struts I’ve come away I would not recommend this product is cheap and not fit for home. Use sent it back but lost all my money owing to the policy would not recommend this seller be careful and stay clear of them see TiK ToK on YouTube

Item comes directly from the supplier, very well packaged and protected, including plastic film on surfaces to help prevent scratching and extra strengthening on the sides of the box. Most of the blind is made from relatively thin material, that would be easy to dent or damage, although in reality that's probably unlikely to happen once installed. You just need to be careful not to damage the blind during installation. I bought ours to use as a shutter for a garden bar and I think it looks very smart indeed. The reason I've deducted a star is because there are no written instructions, just IKEA style diagrams, some of which don't show enough detail. So you're left having to work out a lot of the installation yourself. This is particularly true of the cord winder, which you have to figure out how to open (pull up the plastic 'pins' in the centre of two discs that hold the swivelling attachment brackets), how to attach the cord (a retaining clip pulls out from the reel and the cord threads through that) and the need to remove the red pin that is holding the spring tension on the reel, but only AFTER you've attached the cord! Overall though I'm pleased with my purchase and I feel it's good enough quality for the price paid. Incidentally it's very slightly cheaper to buy direct from the supplier, but I went through Amazon because of their usually excellent after sales service.

Absolutely made up with the shutter..finished our bar off beautifully. Great price too and good delivery.

Ich bin sowas von zufrieden ! Super Qualität , Habe mir sicherheitshalber erstmal nur einen bestellt. Hat alles Einwandfrei funktioniert. Ist natürlich für unerfahrene etwas kompliziert am Anfang aber wir haben es geschafft . Habe mir gleich den 2. nachbestellt !
