Great print quality. Dual sided scan was the win for me - and I believe the difference between the non-'f' model. Scans to SMB folders. And AirPrint just makes everything easier.

Bought as was keen on taking up the instant ink offer from HP. I am only using as a light domestic user but as this printer is classified as a business printer I can only buy a business instant ink subscription at £32 per month. Totally crazy and regret buying this printer

Competitively priced printer. Delivered quickly with excellent customer service who called me before to update the dispatch and called me again to make sure all was with the printer. Highly recommended

This printer is the easiest I have ever set up and over the years I have set up a few! Once unpacked and switched on ( the toners come ready installed) my router quickly picked up the new printer and the installation quickly proceeded. I did have to download one piece of software from HP web site to enable me to print to computer from the printer screen (very good and readable screen). You could in fact print to computer from the software the printer installed but I wanted the print from screen to work! Although I do not use the fax facility this printer had far better reviews on other sites than the other models in this series. Also HP had a £120 cash back offer which made this a very affordable printer. As it is comparatively new the toners are expensive (second mortgage job!). Hopefully in the future as more places start to sell the toners they will become less expensive. I believe this was an excellent choice of printer.

The hardware is good functionally and quite pleasingly styled. However the drivers/ software for windows is abysmal, you have to load multiple bits of software that don't really work - HP have gone backwards to the nightmare bloatware.

I am really disappointed with this product. First the feeder doesn’t feed correctly when trying to scan. Then the touch screen doesn’t recognise my fingers. For £389 this should be better. Not impressed.

Stampante al top. Un pò poco intuitiva la configurazione della stampante con interfaccia di gestione da migliorare e non immediata quando viene lanciato il comando di stampa. Ottima la qualità di stampa. Super la scansione/copia fronte/retro. Una funzionalità davvero molto utile e che portano questa stampante al top. HP una garanzia.

Magnifique Imprimante ( à mes yeux du moins ) en terme Design. Une fois l'adresse IP de l'imprimante repérée, la facilité d'installation est top. Silence de Fonctionnement, rapidité d'impression et du Scanner fulgurante. Achat recommandé et très satisfaisant

Imprimante très facile à installer: d'abord vous la mettez en ligne avec la fonction WPS du routeur, puis vous téléchargez le logiciel approprié directement sur le site HP et vous suivez les instructions. Le tout a été fait en 10mn. Bien noter l'adresse IP attribuée à la machine par votre serveur: ensuite il suffit de la rentrer dans un navigateur pour pouvoir communiquer directement avec la machine, vérifier toutes sortes de choses et avoir accès à des outils (comme le calibrage de la couleur). Attention, pour signer en tant qu'administrateur il faut un PIN code situé dans le tiroir des cartouches, à droite, juste en dessous du QR code. Impression noir et blanc de très grande qualité, nettement supérieure aux deux autres imprimantes laser HP plus anciennes dont je me servais aussi. Impression couleur excellente pour les graphiques (mieux vaut faire une calibration de la couleur avant). Pour les photos, nettement moins bien mais de toute façon les imprimantes laser peinent à imprimer les photos. Ca demeure très correct, et au moins on n'a pas le problème des têtes inkjet qui sèchent... Scan duplex automatique excellent. Pour trouver le scan sur votre ordinateur, cherchez sous la touche Windows 'scan' et l'appli apparaîtra (attention, il faut bien sûr avoir choisi d'installer le scan pendant l'installation du logiciel). Max 300 DPi malheureusement mais ça suffit pour les documents. Seul bémol: le prix des cartouches, comme toujours avec les imprimantes laser. En noir et blanc, au prix actuel de la cartouche 220X, ça revient à 0.023 cents la page. Par comparaison, avec mon ancienne HP laser noir et blanc uniquement (qualité moindre cependant, cartouches non Terrajet), 0.019 la page. A vous de voir si la différence est redhibitoire... Personnellement je pense que ça vaut la peine. Voilà, j'espère vous avoir aidé(e)! PS: envoi exemplaire par le vendeur, machine reçue le lendemain de la commande, à ma grande surprise car elle était annoncée 3 jours plus tard!
