Good support
The snapping sound it makes when adjusting it is really loud and kind of grating. otherwise perfect product and offers comfortable support for my forearm

Easier to get used to than I thought
I was sitting at my desk with an armless chair which ended up causing me a lot of elbow pain so I bought these to give my arms / elbows support. They definitely helped (although I end up going out and buying a chair with arms anyway--space is an issue so I was trying not to buy a larger chair in the first place). They clip on to the desk really easily and snap down when you're not using them. When you are using them, you just rest your lower arms on them as you type and move around, they swivel with you. I didn't realize that when I purchased them--I assumed they were fixed in place but they're not. It didn't take long to get used to and they really support my arms well. If you're working in a tight space and/or you have a chair without arms and need support, I definitely recommend them! One was a little tighter and not as loose to swivel when I got it but as I used it the first day, it loosened right up. Definitely look at the types of desks it WILL NOT clip onto before you buy it to be sure it will work on your desk. Another plus: they're lightweight so they're portable. I WFH but will probably take them into the office next time I have to go, just to clip them to the work station I'm at, to help keep my arms supported there, because they're that easy to use.

Life changing!
My desk at work doesn't have a keyboard tray, and I'm too short to properly line my chair up to the desk comfortably. I also tend to change positions throughout the day. All of these factors puts strain and discomfort on my arms and shoulders. This thing makes a HUGE difference. Now I can sit, stand, lounge, and fidget at my desk all day without any issues. It's super comfortable and definitely sturdy. I especially love the versatility - the attachment feature isn't designed for one specific type of desk, and can be used on many types of surfaces/shapes. Things I would change: Adding a lock feature to make the armrest immobile would help for certain desk layouts or preferences. The armrest itself doesn't swing about loosey-goosey, but I wouldn't mind being able to keep it immobile once I find that sweet spot of a position. The clamp is bulky and gets in the way. Thankfully, my chair's arms are adjustable, but not every chair is designed that way, and this could be a problem for some. In the same vein, folding the armrest down doesn't really save space. If both of these could be redesigned without losing the integrity of the product (like being able to make them flush with the desk by folding into it/in the opposite direction, if that makes sense), I think this would benefit more variety of setups. The ONLY complaint I have: While the product has proven to be sturdy, certain occurrences make me worry about longevity. While I'm not saying I want to perform pushups on the armrest, sometimes it seems like it protests the normal resting weight of an arm. The clamp and swivel mechanisms also creak and jiggle with certain movements. This is especially noticeable when I adjust the clamp or armrest to put it more flush against my desk. Nothing has happened yet, but I wonder how long this will hold up to repetitive use and movement. Despite the things I'd change and worries, I definitely enjoy how much this product has helped me and recommend it. If this item ever happens to fail, I'm willing to troubleshoot the issue and work with the company or buy this exact item again as there's no reason for me NOT to trust it.

Great extra support, good fit
This works great. It's the perfect size and extends enough to rest my arm while working. It wasn't super soft, so I bought a gel pad for it and that made it even better. It gives great support and holds up perfectly on a little folding desk. I definitely recommend this.

Excellent for resting my arm while I have tendonitis.
I use this every day to rest my elbow. It is sturdy, secure, and very functional. I rest my arm and elbow on it all day long and it is strong enough to support my arm throughout the day. It is easy to use and tighten when needed, and if I need to move it, that's easy to do. I have a lot more comfort now. The size is perfect, and it's easy to move out of the way if I need to get up. It is a great problem-solver while I deal with tendonitis in my shoulder.

Sturdy and easy to use
This is great. I’ve developed tennis elbow and notice some strain when using my mouse at my desk. This is just what I needed for relief. It was easy to install and was nice and sturdy :-)

Disappointed
Did not like this item it was easy to assemble, but it was not stable enough for what I needed to rest my arm on
