Initially I was sure this bed would not be any good as it arrived in dirty and damaged packaging. Upon opening the box some of the parts had indeed been marked due to the poor packaging. I contacted the seller and they responded within 12 hours and sorted all the issues I had.With that being said, this bed is truly amazing value, it looks expensive, the velvet is soft and the construction of it is very good. It took 2 of us about an hour to put together, and the instructions were very easy to follow. You are getting a great bed for the price.There were no reviews on this bed when I was searching but I took a chance based on other bed reviews from this seller and I'm so glad I did!

I love this bed! So happy with my purchase! I was looking at beds for a couple months and decided on this one. It is so nice and sturdy and not hard to put together.

I am giving four stars as opposed to five for deceitfulness in describing the bed. It is not as tall as described or as shown in the picture. I wish they really would stop that. I wanted a tall head board and footboard..I didn't get that. However, the bed is SOLID AND BEAUTIFUL.

At first I thought what a beautiful finish to my bedroom til the bugs started coming out of the head board under the seam of the velcro I do not recommend this item for purchase I have suffered over a number of bug bites that lefts scars on my legs from this item I had to throw it away after only having it for 3 months now I'm free of bug bites I suffered from every night
