Compared 14” to 16”
I was tired of pulling a bag behind me walking through the airport. I wanted to try a spinner, but I pretty much move out when I travel. I have an upcoming trip where it must fit under the seat, and I’d like it to fit my CPAP and everything else I need on the plane. I was torn between the 14” spinner and 16” 2-wheel. I ordered both to compare side by side. The bags are identical in size except for the inside capacity. The color is a nice, rich navy. They both look sleek and well-made with sturdy fabric. They both roll and turn nicely. The carry handle is comfortable and so is the one that extends. Other reviews say the handle is flimsy, but it’s just like any other bag. To choose your handle height, extend it all the way up and then lower it. Wheeling them around my house, the spinner goes forward, backward, and sideways with ease. Just a warning, if you put the spinner back-to-back with a spinner suitcase, make sure all of the wheels face the same direction, or you’ll have what my husband calls a crap-a-lanche. The 2-wheel is surprisingly narrow, steers well, and doesn’t seem like I’d run it into people walking by; I like it more than I want to. The zippers are a little stiff being new. The zippers on the 14” have a little trouble going around the corners, where the 16” are very smooth. Both compartments have holes for a lock, which I like. Each bag has a sturdy strap for attaching it to luggage, and they both have a grab handle at the bottom. Now for the inside… My 13” laptop easily fit in the front pocket of both. The 16” bag’s pocket was deeper, fitting more if needed. The water bottle I take traveling barely fit in the side pocket, and it was the same for both. You’d think the 16” bag would have deeper side pockets, but they’re the same depth. The power cord is USB, which is kind of a bummer since everything is changing to USB-C. That’s what adapters are for, and I might just use that as another pocket. Not a deal breaker. My CPAP fit in the 14” bag leaving room for almost everything else I need on the plane. Since this is also my personal item, I’d have to decide what I really need. I packed as much as I could to see how much the 14” bag could hold. It held a lot more than expected. I didn’t need to pack the 16” bag because I already knew it would fit everything and then some. What I didn’t realize about the 16” is it has another zipper to EXPAND THE BAG! It’s only about an inch, but that difference would fit my blanket and rain jacket. My final choice? I decided on the 16” 2-wheel. As much as I really wanted a spinner, the larger capacity is more practical for me. BUT I ended up returning both bags and purchased the exact same 2-wheel, still from Amazon but a different seller. It was on sale for $72, a huge difference from $125. If it holds up as nicely as it looks, I’d say it’s worth the $125, but if I could save $53, that’s a no-brainer. I’ll let you know how well the bag travels!

Perfect size - works as personal item for 3 different small airlines
Purchased July 2022 and still working great. This suitcase is perfect for a personal item for the plane or for weekend trips (think 2-3 days of clothing). I've had it for over a year and have traveled ALLEGIANT, BREEZE, and FRONTIER with just a personal item (I did NOT pay for a carry-on), and this has not had an issue. I wanted to post this because I scoured reviews for a bag that fit those requirements and wanted to let others know this bag has been great for those airlines. This past weekend, Frontier did a bag check specifically on my bag, and it passed without issue. (NOTE: it did get a little wedged into the baggage check station, but the flight attendant was able to get it out in 5 seconds with a bit of maneuvering. It may also have been that my hand sanitizer clipped to the top made it a tighter fit.) No bag check was done with either Allegiant or Breeze when I flew with them. I plan to fly both quite frequently, and will update this review when my bag is checked again or the bag itself breaks. BAG USAGE I would recommend making sure that the bag isn't overstuffed. Mine was flat on the way out and slightly overstuffed on the way back. It may have an issue if you jam it full. WHAT IT HOLDS I can take three days of clothing, a swimsuit, flip-flops, and all my toiletries. I also travel for work, so I can stick in my laptop and cord, a mouse and mousepads, and 2-3 client files (fairly thick). I have a few snacks in the side pocket. I'll update this with pictures soon. I do suggest using packing cubes. I use 2 small sized compression packing cubes for this specific bag. CONS After a year of use, the only con I've found is that the handle feels a little flimsy when I roll it by my side instead of pulling it behind me. No issues yet, but it did cause me concern at the beginning. I would say it's on par with my $60 carry-on rolling suitcase. The bag also doesn't have a lot of compartments in comparison with some other luggage, so if you are doing a security check and need to pull out electronics or the liquids bag from the main compartment, everyone will see everything. Meaning potentially your unmentionables. This is another reason why packing cubes are awesome. There are two great side compartments and a front compartment for a laptop and flat items. The front pocket is perfect to hold your wallet, papers, or receipts. Basically anything that is flat. HOW OFTEN I USE THE BAG/TRAVEL I travel for work about 4-6x per year on short trips via plane and then numerous 2-day trips outside of that. I travel quite a bit and have gone through a lot of luggage over the years. I have Away luggage as my main set for longer trips, but I use this as my short trip bag. It's been great for the budget planes where I don't want to pay for a carry-on or to check a bag. I have never had a security check with this bag or the items I've had in it. I can travel for 4 days and this carries 3 days of clothing well. I've also been known to take some laundry soap and just wash something in the sink and let it dry if I really want to make this squeeze another day or two.

The package I received did not come with the back sleeve that was promised in the product However, the brand contacted me and sent me another luggage, although it’s not the same as the initial product I had ordered but this one at least has a back-sleeve.

Just perfect and what I needed

Perfect little bag for 1-2 days of travel - perhaps 3 for minimalist packers. Solid build, super light (2.1 kg), with useful laptop sleeve.
