Great price great product better then the others
Well I was going to order the 500 for my cpap machine so when I go camping I can use it without needing to alway camp near power I did some research and found out with plugging in the machine into the ac outlet and using no hose warmer and not humidifier I’d get 8-9 hours of use I the do to ac adapter I got 4 7-8 hour runs on my machine I did it twice for a total of 8 nights with same results with no heated hose or humidifier I’m sure I can use it for a 3 biter with also charging cell phone or laptop but I’m very happy with it’s performance and power ability’s it charges really fast it’s small and easy to store and makes no noise can sleep with it next to your head if you had to this thing is awesome and well built and it does everything it claims to and for under a dollar a watt cone with charging cable direction and a bright light still can’t get over how small it is and works perfect for my use

Great tool for small jobs
I'm a scout leader and do a fair amount of camping. I recently got a CPAP and needed something that would power it. I was skeptical of this little thing when I got it but really wanted something reasonably portable and sturdy that I can toss in the back of my truck or troop trailer when packing, would last at least 2 nights camping, and would be easy enough to carry for a few miles to a camp staff building where I could charge it if needed. I'm happy to say after my first weekend trip with it I believe it will be all of those things for me. My first night I got it I tested it out at home. Charged the unit up and plugged my CPAP into the AC inverter with my machine running as I would normally use it at home... The battery only lasted about 5 hours any my wife complained about a slight fan noise (from the inverter) before giving out. I plugged the Jakery in to charge and power pass though worked great until the unit was charged then it stopped and switched back over to battery mode and the battery ran down again. Night two I plugged in a DC adaptor I purchased for my CPAP and found I could almost make it though a night. The Jackery lasted about 7hrs before the battery was dead. Proving the DC converter was more efficient. My 3rd night I ran the machine with the DC power converter turning off the humidifier, heated tube, and (something else). This time the battery was only at 87% after 7.5hrs of sleep. Note this was my first time turning all the comfort features off on the CPAP and it really was not that big of a deal. Yes nice to have but not musts for me. Having proven itself I took it camping with us this weekend and it worked great. I used my CPAP both nights, charged my phone and watch off it while still having about 60% power left. I am pretty sure it will make it the full week through summer camp without charging and if it does need charged it seems I can charge to 100% in about 2hrs on AC if needed. Yes I could buy the solar panels but it seems like one more thing to hope does not get broken and most of the time our camp sites are in the woods with a fair amount of shade. I'm wondering how the battery will hold up during winter camping and I'm sure as we start training and doing more backpacking trips I'l need something smaller and lighter but for now this fits my requirements. Looking forward to more well rested nights in the woods and while at anchor on our boat.

Works great.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this based on power capacity, weight, and cost. This is light enough and small enough I can carry this almost daily. I use it to recharge my phone, tablet, and other USB devices. I can charge this and then bring it home to charge other power stations as long as they are set to slow charge. No complaints. Portable: Weighs about as much as those rigid plastic lunch boxes. Similar size to. Weighs i.2lbs. Power: 288wh. Power goes down quick if I plug in a high drain device like my gaming laptop. Can charge several USB devices and it's not down to 50% overnight.

Excellent camping power source in a small package!
I bought the Jackery 300 Plus primarily to use while camping. We've been through several battery-powered air mattresses over the years for tenting out. But inevitably they all eventually leak and you have to throw it all out and start over. The Jackery has enough power to inflate and top off ANY electric air mattress we choose now, so we were able to buy something of higher quality while not being limited to those mattresses that have battery power built-in. It also worked great to power a Treva portable fan and re-charge all my devices throughout the week. We made it ho9me after 5 nights and I still had 60% power remaining on the 300. I loved it so much, I bought the 1000 v2 to keep at home for power outages!

Great product but 1 flaw
If it had an additional input for solar, it would be much better. Use case. Running a Starlink mini, a laptop, and iPhone with the 300Plus powered by a solar panel. This scenario requires 1 input for solar, 1 usb-c for laptop, another USB port for iPhone, and AC plug for Starlink mini. If you lock up the USB-C port with solar input, you can't connect your laptop to the device unless you get a brick and plug it into the AC outlet. The point of the mentioned configuration is to keep things light and backpackable. The lack of an additional input port for solar would round the package out. Right now, this functionality can be picked up by Bluetti AC-2A and EB3A. However, the 2A has too little power and the EB3A is too heavy and bulky. The 300Plus being small and lightweight with high 288Wh storage could have nailed it for my use case if it had the extra solar input. But it does not. Will need to return because it does not have the minimal functionality I need.

Nice little power bank
I bought this to run a small 12v blanket and to charge things like my drone or other things when I don't want to get my jackery 1000 plus out. So far it's been great, it syncs with the app and does everything I need it to

Amazing Customer Service/ Superb Quality
Final Resolution: Brian from Jackery personally reached out to me and took ownership of the situation. He addressed the mix-up, ensured the issue was fully resolved, and followed through to make things right. I genuinely appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Original experience: The unit stopped working in less than six months. After multiple back-and-forth communications with customer service, I was sent a refurbished replacement; however, the wrong model was packaged in a 300 Plus box, and I received a Jackery 240 instead. This issue has now been resolved thanks to Brian’s direct involvement.

Was great, until it wasn't
Worked great - for about a year. As a vendor, I used it many times during last year's season. Now, my first event of the 2026 season, it won't work at all. Haven't used it for about 3 months, so plugged it in to check the charge. I got 0% power and error code F3 - battery malfunction. After some research, I did the steps that "might" fix the problem. Plugged it in again and got 100% power and error code F4 - battery malfunction. Nothing will turn on, not even the light. Many, many comments on Reddit and FB Groups about this issue. Now contacting company directly for resolution. From what I've read, it will probably need to be replaced. It was an expensive purchase for my little side gig, and I'm very disappointed. It gets 2 stars because I loved it and it worked perfectly until now.
