sprained my ankle about 4 weeks ago when I dropped something heavy on the top of my foot and my ankle took most of the blow. I appreciate the detachable strap so I can wear a sock over the top of the compression sleeve if my toes get cold. It’s easier to wear a sock over the top instead of under the sleeve. Found its way too tight underneath the sleeve as opposed to over it and then after the sock is on you can then put the strap on over the top of the sock to make your sleeve last longer. It’s also how we keep our patients toes from getting cold by putting a sock on over top their compression socks. It’s also very easy to get on and off. Way better than the brace I got at Walmart, the strap wasn’t detachable and it had 2 straps instead of the one for this sleeve. I got a large and it fits really good, definitely measure around your ankle and if you want a looser fit to have a sock underneath the brace get a size larger.

Worked very well when my daughter was having some pain in her foot with dance. Ultimately she needed a boot brace but this was good for before and after care, along with submerging in icy water for a few seconds and then warm water in cycles for a few minutes a in the first few. Not bad can definitely feel the squeeze on my ankles without adding the straps. No bulk perfect barefoot or with socks. It wont lock your ankles in place, can relieve swelling with a bit of restricted movement. Brought 2 not knowing one unit come with pairs. Very cheap, haven't tried knee support yet.

Great price very comfortable and easy to put on. Support the ankle very well. My wife wears one to support her ankle after she had a stroke and she loves it.

These ankle braces seem to help me walk better and with less pain to my feet. I'm not sure if the copper is helping or is it just the added support that is helping with my supination. After trying multiple shoes and orthotic insoles, this product has made the most difference! I am very HAPPY with this purchase. I bought 2 pairs so I can use them daily.

It was too large for me. So I can not say how the support and comfort would be.

I bought these for my son who twisted his ankle while playing basketball and was having a little pain and swelling anytime he put pressure on that foot. He wore one on his hurt ankle consistently and after a couple of weeks he was back to playing basketball and kickball.

The ankle brace provided good stability that I wanted. It was easy to use and the wrap straps ensured the stability. In my case I should have ordered a size larger as the strong elasticity caused excessive swelling on my minimally swollen ankle above and below the device. My suggestion is whatever size you believe is right for you go one larger to ensure a comfortable experience. I will be returning mine and ordering the next larger size. All in all, I'm more than satisfied with the functionality of this device and recommend it where support with some comfort is needed.
