As head of mfg. engineering in a 40 person screen-print based manufacturer for 30 years, I know my screen technology. The 305 mesh 10” x 14” screen I received for my first order was around 18 Newton’s in tension (that’s relatively high) and very even, making for very high quality prints. Just add a 70 durometer squeegee and prepare to be impressed! Five stars in my booklet.

Using to screen print with vinyl. I haven't successfully gotten the speed back in to pass through the screen well. Not sure if I'm going something wrong. I've been successful with my other screens. I'll change my rating if my experience changes.
