I very rarely write reviews, but I have done so on this occasion because I am so impressed with the product. I have bought a great many earbuds and headsets, most of which have left me very disappointed. However, in this instance, I am exceedingly surprised how good this product is for the money. It came well presented, which I should stress is the second unit I have purchased, this one being for my wife. I am exceptionally pedantic concerning build and sound quality, and after linking the headset to both my iPhone and tablet at the same time, together with my laptop later which it did within seconds, I played a number of variations of music to test the audio quality. Firstly, I was surprised at the sound levels. This is often a problem for me, but even at quarter volume, it was more than adequate. More importantly, the bass levels were excellent, and the EQ settings on my mobile telephone provided a substantial variation in sound options to suit all my eclectic tastes. I really like the boom mike that can be removed very easily as it is magnetic. This improves a telephone call whether indoors or outdoors, but you do not need to use it to carry out a call; it works perfectly well without the boom being attached. The controls are very easy to use with simple press buttons for volume, next or previous tracks, and call answering all close together on the right side of the headset. Because the unit sits on the outside of the ear, I have been able to wear it all day without any discomfort. The battery life has also proven to be very good. I am currently up to six hours of constant use and have not recharged it. The main reason for purchasing tis item was to use it during gym and running sessions. It works really well despite being in a sweaty environment, and the bluetooth range is considerably better than anticipated. Exceptional product and I definitely recommend it. Great present for yourself or anyone else for very little money.

This is an excellent piece of kit. The sound quality for music listening is great and you get clear telephone calls too. Easy to use, lightweight and very little (if any) pressure on the ears. Very comfortable to wear. Connects easily and fluidly to two devices. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this item. My only suggestion is that a carry case would be a bonus.

Easy to connect and works well with my phone, iPad and Tv. The sound quality is clear and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. Comfortable to wear, though the microphone could be a bit better. Overall, good value for the price.

These Wireless Wonders Will Blow You Away! Forget the days of tangled wires and dropped calls! These wireless Bluetooth headsets are a game-changer. I would 100% recommend these to anyone that works from home, does a lot of meetings online or uses dictation on word . Seamless Connection, Zero Lag: The connection is so smooth. I found with previous headsets that there would be difficult difficulties in regards to connection. I particularly use the word dictation tool quite a lot and became extremely frustrated even with my plug-in headset that the microphone would not pick up what I was saying. I can 100% confirm that I have not had any problems with this headset since purchase and I have now utilised it for a couple of weeks. Comfort: They're so incredibly comfortable, you'll forget you're even wearing them. Perfect for long work sessions. I have found previously with in the ear headsets that I would have to take them out as soon as my meetings had finished as they would irritate my ears. These I can leave on pretty much all day in situ and not even notice that they are there. Looks: Let's face it, style matters especially when you are on camera for the majority of the time. These headsets boast a sleek and sophisticated design. They are so small that when using the blur on Microsoft teams they are pretty much invisible and people can’t even tell that I am wearing them. I have the cream coloured and I think they are fabulous. Mic Magic for Teams: The removable microphone is fab. Not only does it deliver crystal-clear audio for your calls (especially on Microsoft Teams where it practically disappears visually), but the detachable design adds to the versatility. I have personally not use these headphones without the additional mic but all of my colleagues have reported excellent sound quality and I’ve really noticed the difference from my previous headset. Powerhouse Battery: These headphones hold a charge like a champ. You won't be left scrambling for a charger mid-call or in the middle of your favorite song. I have use them intermittently for about 3 to 4 days and still had 60% charge left. This was taking work calls and utilising teams. Double Duty Champions: The best part? You can connect these bad boys to TWO devices simultaneously! They Seamlessly switch automatically between your computer and phone without any manual fiddling. The headset automatically detects the active device, making your life a whole lot easier. This is something that I had looked for in previous devices and despite some connecting to 2 devices you had to manually switch them over. You do not have the problem with this headset. In short, these wireless Bluetooth headsets are the total package. They're comfortable, stylish, and packed with features that make your life easier. Whether you're a busy professional, a music lover, or a hardcore gamer, these headphones are the perfect companion. I would 100% recommend these to anyone and should something happen to these I would absolutely repurchase.

Being left handed, i do mostly everything on my left, including having a speaker arm on my wired headphones. I brought these wireless headphones as it said you can remove the speaker arm as its magnetic and have it on or off, it turns 360 degrees, so i was assuming the speaker arm could go on my left - wrong!! you can only have the headphones on with the speaker arm to the right, to the left and the headphones wont sit on your ears. I am not giving up on them and are trying to use them with it on my right - but wouldn't purchase again now i know that.

Headset is not connecting to BT anymore, I tried to unpair but it will also not pair anymore- doesn't even show up as a BT device on my phone. When I turn of and on, it just says 'Pairing' but can't even pair it with phone or any other device. It's not even 4-5 months of since I bought them (in Dec 2024), and item already defective. I didn't damage it. I'm careful with it. Please send a replacement and I will update rating based on customer service, thank you!

Sehr gute Sprachqualität. Praktisch: Das Mikrofon lässt sich leicht abtrennen (Magnethalterung). Die Unterdrückung von Umgebungsgeräuschen ist nicht so gut, wie bei ähnlichen Konkurenzprodukten, dafür ist es wesentlich preswerter. Außerdem leidet bei einigen anderen Headsets die Verbindung zum Mikro mit der Zeit, was sie dann unbrauchbar macht.

Overall, for the price, these are a very good headset for work, which is what I'll use them for. I have much more expensive headsets too, that have better sound quality for both voice (mic) and music, but this headset is a good and inexpensive option for work. I plan to leave this at the office, while keeping my expensive ones at home. Other notes: • The headset is very lightweight, and quite compact. • Didn't come with a case or bag. • Feels pretty sturdy. I would just throw these into my backpack, and I think it’ll survive well. • The headband feels like metal cable wrapped in rubber. Feels sturdy, and holds its shape well. • Comes with 3 spare rubber covers for the boom mic attachment point, but I think it would have been better to attach the rubber cover to the headset somehow. • USB-C charging is a plus, and it charges fast • Manual is quite detailed • Built-in mic for when you don’t have the boom mic connected • the LED is only visible close to on-axis; if you’re off axis, have to pick it up or move on-axis to check charging status. • Boom mic arm only reaches my cheek. • Magnet is strong, but in a backpack, the boom might come off. • You can rotate the boom out of the way. • Feels very light when worn. Comfortable at first, but after wearing these for an hour, they were still okay to keep wearing, but there was slight discomfort where the rigid plastic of the drivers (not the ear hooks) was resting on my ears. • Very secure. They don’t slip when moving around. Could probably run with them but haven’t tried. • Because it has a neckband, it doesn’t go on top of the head and mess up your hair. • Sound quality is great and clear for meetings and calls. For music, not so great: lacking in bass, but can be equalized to be acceptable. Definitely not audiophile headphones, but they're not meant to be. • As expected (it's not a closed design), there’s sound leakage. When playing a training video at normal volume, in a quiet room, sound leakage was just audible from 2 metres away. Others might not hear it in an office with A/C running or other white noise, but if office is very quiet, others might hear it. When playing music semi-loud, leakage was audible from a few metres away. • Voice quality when using the boom mic is good but not as good as my best (much more expensive) headsets with boom mics. When using the built-in mic, voice quality is still fine for meetings and calls, but there is a bit of echo/reverb (same as all my other headsets with no boom mic). • Battery life in actual use is very good. I wore them for a training video for an hour, then listened to music for an hour. Still 80%. edit: I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5, because the few little shortcomings are more than offset by the price. Also, I wore these for 2-3 hours continuously today, and the discomfort on my ears was just minor. Not really a problem.

Very feeble mic volume even at max setting. Doesn't sit comfortably on the earlobe. The loop should be more aligned with typical ear shape. Not suitable for long period use due to this. But the deal breaker is poor mic volume and clarity. For prompt refund though.
