I've been using ON Gold Standard Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best pre-workouts I’ve tried. It gives me a noticeable energy boost within 20–30 minutes without making me feel jittery or overstimulated. Perfect for early morning workouts or days when I need that extra push. The flavor (I got Fruit Punch) is surprisingly good—not overly sweet or artificial—and it mixes well with water. No clumps, no gritty texture. I also really like that it includes ingredients like beta-alanine, caffeine, and creatine, all in well-balanced amounts. The focus and endurance I get from this are excellent—I can push harder through my sets without feeling drained halfway through. No crash afterward, and no upset stomach, which is a big plus for me. So far so great, it is the original as the tag has been verified. ON is one of the most premium products and be sure to read the instructions before consuming. Fruit punch flavor is great but be sure to eat something before consuming or else it won't have any effect. Do not consume before going to bed.

I am doing gym workout since from long time... usually I only take creatine as a pre-workout from last year... but when just for trial and curious purpose I purchased this ON pre-workout... and guess what its so amazing .. I literally feel the focus, awakens, power, stamina ... during the workout I feel more energetic and power is also on another level so I ultimately able to lift more, repes more and able to do heavy workout... But i didnt take it daily as it is said that you may addicted to the caffeine ... so i suppose to take it only when i have leg or back day ..
