This taste really good

I really like this brand and this protein powder for my smoothies. I wasn’t sure I would digest it well because I am not a fan of brown rice. But it’s sprouted and doesn’t cause me digestion issues. It’s not too sweet or overbearing in taste and great for someone with high blood sugar or weight goals. Also helps to get more protein intake from plants as it is vegan

I really dont understand those who think this tastes "good". While taste is a personal preference, I gotta say this is one of the worst tasting protein mixes Ive sampled. Now, granted, its a protein mix, not a milkshake. So its not very sweet (good) but the attempt to mimic blueberry muffin is meager at best. That said, the taste isnt repulsive, and I will probably finish the tub, but I would never buy this flavor again. Beyond that, it does mix well. I use a coffee milk "frother" for mixing and it will get this nice a frothy! Almost too much froth tbh.

Yummy and great healthy ingredients

The blueberry muffin flavoring was disgusting to me. Never got a chance to see how the affects of the ashwaganda worked because I couldn’t get past the flavor
