For all dealing with Dr Trust, it is a warning of you have to get a refund. I ordered with them directly on 8th Feb and they cancelled the order saying my location was unserviceable on11th Feb. It is over 10 business days now, and after prolonged follow up and posting on social media, today they have initiated a refund saying it will take 5 to 7 days to get credited into my account. Fingers crossed. Dr Trust is not trust worthy when it comes to refund. Deal with them on your own risk hoping you don't have to get a refund.

Pillow money worth

Although it’s around just 3 to 3.5 inches, since it’s box shaped, it’s difficult to adjust in a sleeping position without hurting the neck. The traditional pillows are better. This did not suit me. However my son is able to use it now.

I gifted this pillow to my father who has pain in neck and shoulders. He found great relief after using it. He said that it's very helpful in giving sound sleep providing great comfort.
