Ringke Fusion for iPhone 15 Pro Max Case [Always Look Classy] UV Coating for Scratch & Discoloration Resistant, Shockproof Air Pockets - Clear

This review applies to an iPhone 12 Pro with a dbrand back and edge skins (*not* the full wrap & I have not tried this case on a "naked" phone.) My immediate impression in the moments after installation, it's like the combination of this Ringke case and brand skins is that made for each other. I really like how the case has lower edges along most of the sides of the screen so that swipes are smooth and not interfered with. Another great detail is the "feet" on the back corners that allow the phone to lay on a surface but also have a slightly raised edge around the camera bump. Overall it feels like a well-constructed with nicely thought out details at a great price. I hope that it lasts but if I have to buy 2 or 3 over the life of the phone, that's still cheaper than many other cases that may hold up but will be more worn out (and which are bulkier, interfere with the screen, and don't lay flat on their back.) Two day update: discovered that a downside to using this case with a dbrand frame skin is that the phone buttons have an even shallower profile than normal, causing the case buttons to flex inwards into a concave shape towards their centers. The volume buttons aren’t too bad, but the longer power button flexes more until the middle of the button is flush with the case. The buttons still work fine but feel slightly mushy. Without the frame skin I’d assume the case buttons would be touching the phone buttons directly so there would be little or no mushiness.

This phone case is great. It’s clear and so far has not yellowed. I’ve had others that yellow almost immediately. The edges are slightly rubberized and I mean slightly. Just enough to get a good grip, but still goes in and out of your pocket easily. I actually prefer it over the apple MagSafe for this reason

I'm sure everyone has seen clear cases from Apple cost a fortune. It's cheap plastic for pete's sake! This case fits my iphone 14 perfectly, looks great still, and was very cost efficient. Some slight yellowing when you take the case off and inspect closely, but not noticeable at all while on the phone. Great product.

Overall, it is a very good case, but I think “crystal clear” might not be the best for the “matte black iPhone 7”. I purchased essentially the same case from Ringke in the smoke black color for my silver-colored Nexus 6p a year ago, and I loved that case and that is why I purchased from them again. That case did eventually get a “yellow tint” ~6 months into its use, but it was definitely worth the $10 without a doubt. I’ll quickly talk about the Pros, since many others here are doing a better job explaining them. The case is about as thin as it can get, while providing EXCELLENT protection. It has a very solid grip. And you can show off the beautiful colors of your phone (especially if it is not matte black). My only gripe with this case is that it is not the “best-looking” for matte black iPhone, in my opinion. The finish of the case is a little glossy, which on a black phone becomes very obvious. Also because of the black iPhone color, you can see oily fingerprints very easily after just one minute of use. I would guess that these factors would not be as obvious with the silver, gold, or rose-gold colors. This is a very important factor for me because although my iPhone 7 is very well protected, it looks kinda messy and unclean with this case. Conclusion: I had essentially the same case for the past one year for my Nexus 6p, which is why I purchased this agaian for my iPhone. This is a very durable case that is as slim as you can buy for EXCELLENT protection of your iPhone. If you have matte black iPhone, I would not purchase the “crystal clear” case because it will look quite glossy and you will see oily fingerprints VERY easily. For matte black phones, I would probably try the “smoke black” color.

I have always purchased the Ringke Fusion clear case for years and I have dropped it probably 100 times and half that on the front. I have never broken a screen when using it. Now, my old phone was not glass on the back but was aluminum and I did have a Zagg film type screen protector in the past. The lip on it is always enough to keep from breaking and the corners are tough. I am not guaranteeing yours will never break. I am just saying mine has never broken with it when I had aluminum back but a glass screen of course and I have dropped my phone a lot. I would hope it will still protect a glass back. I just personally liked this one the best for my new IPhone 11 and my previous IPhones after trying many plastic cases. I will add this. No matter what anyone says, I have never had a clear TPU that doesn't eventually turn yellow after a few months but that is why I buy the Ringke Fusion each time because it is always cheap but high quality as to protection and I keep replacing it when the yellow is enough that it is too noticeable. A couple brands of clear cases are like $29. I have purchases other and they turned yellow also but were not as protective or the quality of this one IMO. I even buy a few at a time after I discovered I liked it in the past. I will admit I have read that turning yellow is a deal breaker for some and if that is the case, I would not buy a clear case. Some will say theirs has not turned yellow but most say that after they have had it a few days etc. It is after a few months that mine were too yellow to keep.

I originally became aware of this brand by finding an iPhone XR variant of this at a thrift store, brand new -- my then-phone (yes, it was an iPhone XR) was in absolute need of a new case and it was pretty cheap so I thought, "why not?" Boy did this not disappoint. It's sleek and quite sturdy, I have accidentally dropped my phone a handful of times (no more than that, I am extremely careful with my tech, I swear) and it's withstood all of it. Earlier this year I upgraded to an iPhone 15 Pro and my first thought was, "I know what case I'm buying, that's for sure!" Storytime's over, I have had this case since and not a scratch on my new phone. I'm honestly just glad it's a thin but noticeably protective case. I've had a couple other clear cases and have done my research on others but this just takes the cake for this type of product in my opinion.

Simple and good quality. I always buy this clear case. Lasts a long time and decent protection. It will eventually turn a slight yellow tinge after years of use. But that is expected for being handled every day.

Nice quality materials and feels good in the hand.
