Worked automatically to my AC and I didn't have to set up with a code. A plus for me. I love that I can turn on/off my AC without getting up from bed. The controller had more options than I thought. Great buy!

Remote worked well ....then the power button stop working cannot turn off AC

Quality is fine for this reasonably-priced replacement remote. Has the needed controls for my older Carrier mini-split. For set-up I gave up trying to input a code but auto research came up with the needed code and it's working fine. To change display from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, with unit on, hold temp- and temp-plus simultaneously for a few seconds. Says nothing about this in the little manual. A friend suggested.

It worked but I set the AC on Celsius and now I can’t change the AC again at Fahrenheit, any idea how to do it ?

The remote functions work with 0 delay. There are two issues with the remote which remove one star each: 1. The auto scan feature does not stop when it finds a code that works. It continues onward, and you have to stop the scanning manually. 2. For my specific unit (the Amana Distinctions), the code that works (0306) forcibly changes the temp to Celsius, even when the remote's temperature is in Fahrenheit (by pressing temp+ and temp- at the same time on the remote), and even when the unit's temperature is in Fahrenheit. If you can deal with these annoyances, you have yourself a good remote! Otherwise, might be worth finding another one.
