This does the job well and is easy to use than a tape measure. I do feel it wouldn’t take much to break it but it was cheap.

Easy to use you can press the button to make it go to the exact measurement you need. I used this on my weight loss journey. I have lost 80 lbs., I can also say it’s fun to press that button and it goes in further each time.

Purchased based on a gazzillion review that I've read for these types of tape measures. I'm on a weight loss journey so it's important to me. The previous brand I had was off on the measurements and it was so loose that I was struggling to pull it taught (the button quit working) and see the numbers at the same time. This one is great for those things. However after about three weeks, which means three uses, it started being difficult to pull the tape measure out of the case. Once I get it out long enough and press the button, it either stops too soon or tries to go too tight. Time to look for yet another brand.... Although for accuracy, it starts in the right place and the inches measure accurately against other rulers and tape measures.

Cheaply made but gets the job done

When I first got it, I remembered a fellow reviewer saying how it was cut off on the measurements and it started at the 2 inch mark.. I was soooo disappointed when I noticed mine was too! Imagine my surprise when I realized there were 2 inch markings inside on the orange part making the tape measure accurate! I love this and it will definitely follow me along side my weight loss/ lifting journey!
