Great image quality and plug and play capability is helpful. Its pretty straightforward...point, focus, shoot....easy, easy. Does Not Include A Stand! Make sure you select the right items...I had to buy a stand, separate from this microscope. I highly recommend that you have a stand, especially if you have hand shakes. Easily fits in a small compartment of an Electronics Bag so, its extremely portable. Ive got a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and it was plug and play, right out of the box. I’ve been using the USB Digital Microscope (50x–1600x, 1920P HD, 8 LED Lights) for edge inspection, electronics work, and hobby projects, and it performs very well for its price range. The adjustable magnification and built-in LEDs allow for precise examination of small details, whether I’m checking knife edges or inspecting tiny components. The image quality is crisp and clear, and the handheld design makes it easy to position exactly where needed. While not a professional lab-grade microscope, it is highly practical, versatile, and user-friendly for everyday inspection tasks. Overall, this USB microscope is a solid value, delivering good clarity, illumination, and flexibility for anyone needing detailed visual work at home or in the workshop. I use it to look at knife edges before and after sharpening and to look for grit contamination on my diamond plates. Con - Its no where near 1600X, maybe 100X at best.

Amazing quality for the price . Seriously ! I ordered to monitor my eczema on my scalp, attached before and after photos of a scalp treatment , pores show really well. Highly recommend

I bought this so I could get a better look at my bevel and apex when sharpening knives. It's taken a little while - but after playing with it for a while - it's clearly very versatile. I bought the microscope and stand - but after trying to get the stand to work for what I'm doing - I've found it easier to just hold it against the subject by hand. That way the focus point is always the same and the light is always perfect. And I can simply rotate the device around the subject to get it at different angles and it works great. I haven't figured out the zoom feature - if it even has it. It's not obvious if you can zoom in and out somehow. But that doesn't matter to me because whatever zoom it's at is perfect for what I'm doing. The dial on the microscope does a good job allowing you to focus on what you need to be looking at. Then you can take pictures with it which are copied to your photo album on your tablet or phone. I use my tablet and downloading the app was easy. Lots of power for the money. Very cool to have around if you have any need for something like this. And you never know. Tonight - I stripped out a torx head screw but it was too small and deep to see the damage with the naked eye. I got this out - plugged it into my tablet - pressed the nose right up on the screwhead and looked at the details of the damage. I took some pictures and sent them to my friends to show them what an idiot I am. Sometimes you need something that will do that. If I happen to stumble upon a zoom feature and figure it out - I'll go back out here and edit my comments. But I'm happy with what I have now.

SCAM ITEM. DO NOT BUY. There is not even a brand name on the box. Just mysterious numbers and the word "microscope". There are no instructions. It does nothing when you plug it in. This product is a scam and should be delisted on Amazon.
