Easy to scinc to hearing aids
I was a bit worried about pairing it to my widex hearing aids after reading some of the reviews, but thankfully I had no problems at all,I followed the instructions and it paired first time with no problem!🙂👍

Remote does not work won't connect to hearing aid followed instructions nothing won't go up or down

The jury is still out.
Very usfull tool and works very well although grossly overpriced in my view for what it is. I believe the volume control is beginning to wear out. Some times nothing happens when changing the volume controls. Probably would recommend to a friend.

Easy to use and very handy for adjusting the hearing aids.
The control arrived on time, is a genuine Widex product and a lot cheaper than from my local hearing aid supplier. Easy to set up and pair with my Widex aids aids and I find it easier than having to use my phone to adjust the volume.

Read the instructions
Unfortunately I couldn't tune it in myself, but the instructions said that may be the case. However I got it done for a small fee so all is well, and the cost from this seller plus the tuning was £50 less than the audiologist quoted so that's a good result. The seller was good and quick and cannot fault the service.

Useful
It works now, a while sinceI I received it. Despite following all Instructions for pairing, including those from Audiologist, it proved impossible. It necessitated an Audiologist’s visit with his computer. I don’t know why this was but it was annoying. Otherwise, as a replacement for an excellent bit of equipment, it’s now fine.
