I have wanted a hanging scale for years and have not made the jump dominantly due to the cost. When I saw this scale at what I consider a reasonable expense, I couldn't resist giving it a shot. This has turned out to be an exceptional scale and very easy to use. I used some heavy chain over a rafter in my garage which is then looped through the included shackle to hold the scale. I have weighed up to around 300 pounds without issue - in fact I hear my rafter groan a bit, but no problem with the scale. It lights up when you power on and when pressing the buttons, but even when the display is not lit the screen is easy to read. You can hold/lock the weight by pressing the appropriate button allowing the weight to remain on the display after the item is taken off the scale. The scale defaulted to KG but was easily changed to pounds. I found it nice that the scale automatically tares/zeroes the weight if you have anything attached when it is powered up. I have some thick chains I leave hanging on it to attach whatever I am weighing so this saves me the step of needing to zero it out each time. The only potential negative is that the scale does not turn off until you press the button. I can understand not wanting to have it power off while you are dealing with attaching something large and heavy but have accidentally left it powered on more than once. I have not tested the accuracy in depth, but several things I have weighed matched what I expected and/or what I got from other scales. I have found this to be a really functional scale and feel the price is quite acceptable compared to others I have looked at. Very happy to have this in my garage!

Very pleased with this, a heavy, quality and solid unit. I use it for sending bins/packages overseas so need it to be accurate. I used to have one of those old analog scales which wasnt the most accurate and was hard to count the divisions of the scale but this is much easier to use and get an accurate reading.

Very hefty and sturdy feeling. Conveniently comes with batteries.

My scale was easy to use after I zeroed it out with no weight. The scale fit the hook on the shop crane with room to spare. 220.5 lbs. is more difficult to lift when you get older. Functionality is good because as lift tension was added, the scale read the weight clearly. The numbers were legible due to the size and brightness of the display. It seems to be solid due to the aluminum housing. I do not know how long the batteries are going to last, but I took them out after using them so they would not leak. The item looks professional - this is making me feel like a professional rather than the hobbyist that I am. I'll expire long before my RESHY does. Thanks for an excellent product.
