Great little product for Mac
Worked straight out the box. Small ergonomic, and sound quality absolutely fine for Teams calls etc

Disappointing but handled well by company
Was easy to set up and looks nice, worked well to start now just crackles and sound breaks up, turned out to be a factory fault, however even though it was passed the return date, company contacted and refunded with compensation. Thank you for taking the issue seriously.

Love this microphone! I bought it to start video reviews and podcast work and was amazed by how good the sound quality is. I wasn’t sure what to buy at first and didn’t want to spend a lot of money on something that might not work out, but this turned out to be fantastic value. Setup was a breeze on my Windows 11 PC — just plugged it in, and it was ready to go with no fuss. The sound is crisp, clear, and far better than I expected for the price. I’m sure there are more expensive mics out there that professionals rave about, but for anyone starting a podcast or looking for an affordable, reliable option, this one is excellent. I’d definitely recommend it!

Absolutely love this microphone. Bought it to start a podcast and thought the sound quality was just amazing. I didn’t know what to buy at first and didn’t want to spend a lot of money for something that may not work but found this to be amazing quality. It’s very clear, easy to set up on my Mac and straightforward. I’m sure there are mics out there that are highly recommended but I thought this was excellent especially with it being on the less expensive side. Would definitely recommend.

Issues with noise cancellation
The mic is fine for what it is, a budget microphone. With the microphone you get a stand, a pop filter (removable), volume control, headphone jack and adjustable RGB lights. The microphone was pretty easy to set up with my PC, basically just plug in and play although I did play around with the settings slightly. The microphone itself is very intuitive, the touch buttons are sensitive and everything is pretty self-explanatory. The mute, noise control and RGB light options/buttons are easy to control. The sound is fine. It's to be expected with at the lower price bracket and if you just want a mic to take voice calls at work or for the start of your streaming journey, then this should work fine and you can upgrade later. The problem I had was with the noise cancellation feature. Without this on background noise was actually pretty mellow. I couldn't hear the clicking of my mouse (which is a plus for me) and my usual test of tapping my nails on the desk was pretty low so I thought with noise cancellation this mic would be near perfect. Unfortunately no matter how I played with my own settings in OBS I could not get the noise cancellation to perform adequately and unless I was super close to the mic my voice would continually cut out. So thats a minus for me. Other than that, it's a pretty mic, very lightweight so good for travelling, and I would say good for a beginner.
