Dontay Pocket Door Edge Pull, Push Automatic Bounce Switch, Hidden Handle, Sliding Door Pull Hardware, Flush, Large Enough Pull Ring is Easier to Grasp and Use (2, Brushed Stainless Steel)

Used a pair of these (very sucessfully) on 2 sliding pocket doors. A minor quibble, for which I deducted a star, is that there should be a greater space between the mounting plate screw holes and the mortise. Of course this would require more material to fabricate a slightly longer plate (and presumably additional cost). That said, almost all competing pulls on the market reflect the same face plate design. With respect to criticisms of some buyers that the pop-out botton gets stuck, I have not experienced any problem with this feature.

Heavier that I thought and seems mechanically well designed. Time will tell.

Total garbage! I bought 3 for my sliding doors. First one broke within a couple of days because the push button got dislodged and the pull will not stay locked in the mechanism. Bought replacement - same. Surprised that Amazon allows such untested and zero quality products. Would like to get my money back.

Put this in a pocket door because I didn't like the one that came with the lock. with the Dontay pull, just push a button and the door handle extends so you can pull the door closed. When you open the door, just push the handle in and it is flush with the frame. Really nice
