Q: Got this but can’t get it out of the octopus? All of the product is stuck in the top part is that how it’s supposed to be?

There are 2 ways this scrub opens: the bottom can be pulled off and it can be twisted off with a little extra effort. If you pull it off the scrub stays in the top but if its twisted off the product comes out as shown in the pictures.

The granules are not your sebum, they're exfoliating bits that are part of the product. If you wash it off you're just wasting the scrub.
