Odd use, but I was needing something to seal around removable radiator intake screens on a cotton picker. This is a dirty/hot application and I was worried that 'foam' meant it would be porus like a sponge, but these are pretty solid and remind me more of a 'rubberish' compound. Seems heavy-duty enough for my application and sticks well even to rusted metal. Can compress down to 1/16" if you squeeze hard enough, so very conforming and easy to get a tight seal over uneven surfaces. Saw some comments complaining about removing the backing, at times it can be difficult to get it started but fairly common for any type of tape adhesive. seems to be a very good product. I don't write many reviews, hopefully someone finds this useful....

I tried this on a few doors. The one where they added glue did not adhere well. But when the doorframe was just wiped off it on stuck strongly. I also used this to form a better deal on some plastic crates that I was storing food in. This did not stay stuck to plastic as well as the metal and wood although that is not its purpose so it is not its fault. I really liked how thick this was so I could put it on and trim it down to my needs in different areas to keep the outdoor air out and the still be able to shut the door.

Really impressed with the adhesion, used for spacer, not for insulation, and it worked great. This stuff is really sticky, yet easy to use, the backing comes right off. Would highly recommend.

Accurate description, fast shipping, good adhesive. It's foam, but I have wished to be a little less soft. Just a little bit.

I purchased these for work purposes, where I was required to sound proof a sliding door. It was extremely easy to install and seemed to work enough for the company to pay me pretty well to do it. The adhesive is easy to use as it's just a paper you peel off that doesn't rip half way through, which allows a smooth straight application. The cushion itself is good quality and pretty thick. Ultimately, I would use it again because of it's aesthetics and quality

Really pleased with this insulation tape. It’s easy to cut to size and the self-adhesive backing sticks well without peeling away. The foam is thick enough to provide proper cushioning and insulation. Used it around pipework and a drafty door frame and it’s made a noticeable difference. Good amount on each roll too, so it should last a while. Very good value and would happily buy again.

Delivered on time and in good condition, did the job perfectly.

My bad for not realizing how thin this foam is so I needed to wrap my water pipes twice with it, then cover with foil tape. I’m sure it’s as thick as stated in product description, just wasn’t thick enough for my Canadian winters and fully exposed under trailer water pipes. Good quality foam though. Durable foam. Great adhesion.
