Good Exercise Mat
This mat is thick and quality made. It has a no frills appearance, is comfortable to your knees, stays put when exercising and has no smell to speak of. This is the second one I have owned. The first one was extremely durable, but my dog got a hold of it...

Great Matt great price if you have hardwood floors this is a lifesaver. I love working out on it doesn't matter the position you choose. What highly recommend. Padding is nice and thick.

So comfortable for PT exercises
