Another good read in this series.
Talia is now a doctor in her small home town of Quincy where all of her family live. Foster Madden was the man she fell in love with a long time ago but it still hurt to remember he went and left her to go and marry her best friend. Finding the man in her town was not something she ever expected and it sent her into a tizz. She wanted nothing to do with him but Foster was on a mission to get her back. He had bought an old gym and was converting it to get ready for his next fight. Being near to her was the first step in getting her back and telling her his secrets. Talia refused to join in his idea for them to get back together. The story is good with drama, sex and romance.

Another excellent addition to the Eden's series
This book follows the third member of the Eden family - Talia and her second chance Romance with Foster Madden. I loved the setting of Quincy again and the Eden family make this such a lovely place to read about again. Foster moved to the small town and Talia who had her heart broken by him doe not want him to stay. Foster has some secrets that are slowly revealed and he sets out to apologise and win Talia back. It’s take her time to accept and consider what he has to say and when she feels she can move on their passion is once again ignited. A great story with themes of family, betrayal, children and community with some spice and again a great book in this series.

Doctor X UFC Fighter / Ex Lovers rekindled.
Not my favourite out of the series so far. Loved the first as it was more cowboy romance. But I found this one a little messy and unnecessary drama that didn’t really relate to the story line. The plot was way off the mark for what could have happened. Although I did love the last 20%. Enjoyed the tid bits of the previous books mentioned and the insight into the jasper vale.

This book has my heart ❤️
Another instalment into the Edens which is in my humble opinion the best interconnected small town series out there. FIGHT ME I DARE YOU! This book we see Talia part of our much loved Eden clan get her shot at romance or should I say her second Chance at it! Foster arrives in town to win back the love of his life and that’s his one and only goal in mind. Talia after suffering a huge heartbreak from Foster seven years ago is now trying to make her way as a doctor in her small town! Oh man this book will rip you to shreds, the angst, the heartbreak, the tension!! It elevated me into the full feels mode and that is my favourite mode to live in while reading. These two are soul mates they have been through a lot and the connection they share is beautiful. We also get to see some pretty top tier grovelling and oh do I love it when a man fights for what he wants! SWOON! Talia and Foster are fantastic and the rest of the Edens as usual! I can’t wait to read the rest of this series!! The writing is everything you want and more and transports you to this beautiful world that you want to live in!

The perfect second chance romance
Talia Eden loved Foster Madden for one year, two months and eleven days. It was on day 438 that her love died. The day he chose to marry her best friend. The day she vowed never to think of Foster again. When I first read the blurb for Garnet Flats, I had the tiniest doubt that this trope would be for me. The ink on his divorce papers is barely dry, yet he comes armed with apologies and promises. She knows it’s all a ploy. Foster is the king of games and secrets. But he’s got delusions the size of Montana if he thinks she’ll help him train for a world championship fight. After a second, I realised this was a Devney Perry book, and no matter what, I trusted that whatever the narrative, I would love it, and I’m extremely happy to tell you I was right, Garnet Flats is the story you didn’t know you needed but you absolutely do! This isn’t your ordinary second chance romance, this is a once in a lifetime love that never died. Foster has some secrets to reveal and a lot of forgiveness to beg for, but when he manages to break through the hard shell of hurt his actions caused, he and Thalia can finally live their happily ever after. Foster is an absolute dream book boyfriend, he made a stupid choice when he was younger, one he never realised would mean losing the only woman he ever loved, but the pain he went through, the man he was then and now, is everything I love about a romance read. I adored Talia too, she was hurt beyond imagine with Foster’s betrayal, more than she even realises until Foster appears in her hometown and six years of anger burst free. She also paid the price for Foster’s bad choices and she doesn’t let him back in, or forgive easily, even when it would be easier to do so. I can’t tell you enough how good this book is. I absolutely love Devney’s Edens series and they’re just getting better and better, plus with the tease at the end, I can feel that’s going to continue with the rest of the Eden siblings.

I can’t contain myself with her books; eating them up in just a few hours/two days. With every books the story gets livelier; psyched for the next one!

Second chance romance is one of these tropes I particularly like, therefore I was ecstatic about Garnet Flats. Talia and Foster's story was one filled with heartbreak, but also redemption. I was really curious about this couple since getting a glimpse at them in the Juniper Hill's epilogue. I was easily immersed in this novel full of feels. I enjoyed how we kept going from past to present to gradually learn more about the demise of Talia and Foster's relationship years earlier. Their past was so much more complicated than what it seemed at first. They fell in love so effortlessly and it was clear they shared a special connection. The intrigue and the reasons behind their breakup were a real surprise and made this read so intriguing. Despite the years apart, Foster never ceased to love Talia. He broke his heart at the same time he broke hers. It was nice to see him so determined to win Talia back. In his every action, his love for her was so easy to feel. II enjoyed how Talia had a backbone and made him grovel to win back her affection. Their reunion was intense and full of hurt, but also passion and love. They were truly beautiful! As much as I liked this novel, I felt the flow of the story was a little off, hence the reason I didn't rate it higher. I felt everything really happened in the second half of the book and the first half was dragging at times. Garnet Flats is so worth the read though for all the emotions it packs.

I absolutely love this series and each story just keeps getting better and better. I was excited to get Talia's story after the ending of the last book when she encounters Foster Madden at the hospital and she flees. I knew this was going to be a tear jerker. Garnet Flats follows Talia Eden, the sister of Knox and Griffin from the first two books. Talia moved back to her hometown to work under her mentor at the local hospital, she's trying to earn her place and move in the ranks from resident doctor to full fledge and respected doctor. Though work is tiring and stressful, especially with the head nurse being so sour, she thrives and loves her job. But her past love in the form of famous professional fighter Foster Madden, moves to her town to win her back. For Talia her heart breaks all over again, reminded of what he did and broke, but Foster will do anything to win her back and to show her that there was a reason for everything and she is the most important person in the world to him. Talia and Fosters story is heartbreaking, there is so much tension and hurt when these two meet again. Talia is definitely a force to be reckoned with and she doesnt let Foster just walk back into her life. Foster has had it rough, though he's famous there has been nothing easy about his life and the loss of the one woman he loved. In the end this was my favorite so far in the series, all the siblings and their loves are back, along with the beautiful setting of these Montana town. Its sexy and angsty but the family dynamic and rich storyline by Perry is fantastically written.

this book make me sob so hard. i cannot describe how much i was protective over talia. so Foster haved to work for both of us, but i was definitely worth it. i love them and in the end i was supper protective over him too, but honestly i wish that didn't take him so long for him to go out for the love of his life. i mean... 7 years its a long time! i also wish that became more clear that he would have donne that even if arlo's was alive. because what if this guy lived for more 10, 15, 20 years? i also not like Viviane not even a little. i think talia should be more hard with her (and foster too). but i love talia and foster and wish a ton of baby for them.

If you want something bad enough you should fight for it, even if you are not sure you can win! The third full book in The Edens, Garnet Flats is a fabulous story of love, loss, and forgiveness. Talia and Foster are well suited and you truly feel like you are on a journey with them, hoping they will find each other again on the other side of the heartbreak. The story is unique and delivered superbly and one I think reader will fall in love with.
