It is a cute set. Vibrant colors and a fun theme. But you have to put your own banner together which was way too time consuming for me. So the sign went to waste.

I ordered two packages and both were terrible. Missing forks and part of the pieces of the banner. Then another package came with two napkin packages but half the banner is missing.
