The old PC that I had been using to stream media to my TV had a hard drive failure so I decided to try a mini-pc as a replacement. The unit arrived the next day, and it was plug-and-play out of the box. I just needed to enter my Microsoft credentials and I was back in business. Once I installed Chrome and set it to share among my other devices, all of my bookmarks and passwords automatically populated and everything was up and running.This mini-PC packs a lot of punch and does everything my old computer did, plus more. It has all the necessary ports - RJ45, HDMI (2x), USB (6x) and an audio jack. The 256GB SSD drive is more than I could ever need.Only two very minor things that bother me: 1) the cooling fan can be heard if it's quiet and no one is watching something on the TV; 2) even though it's set to never go to sleep, it does go to sleep so I have to push the power button to wake it up. Still trying to sort out this issue but it's not a big deal.Overall I'm very happy with this little PC.

Excellent quality PC., sets up fast, is lighteneing quick on the internet on different browsers and versions of windows. Connected it to 3 different screens at the same time and it worked just fine....it's so small and out of the way, just love it and surely will get another one for the family. Good value for the money!!

Great mini PC and affordable price. It performs well, working 24/7 as mini server. The only down side is that the fan is to noisy.

After contacting Amazon the company emailed me the key. Working fine for now.
