I found this probiotic that is specific for GYN health when I was searching for the specific bacteria strains that were part of a Yale physician’s protocol to eliminate the HPV virus. It has been beneficial for my G.I. health as well and I definitely notice if I missed doses.

I like this probiotic. I quit taking it because two months in a row I ran out early. I’m not sure if this is an Amazon issue making the time between my deliveries more than 30 days apart. But I’m trying a different way now. With a more complete probiotic.

On my second bottle. My Dr told me to take lactobacillus crispatus to increase my good bacteria and I looked everywhere with something that had a good amount of crispatus. I finally found it. The pill is not too big, it’s a great price and helped my digestion. These work so good! I absolutely love them.

I’ve been using these a little over 3 weeks for urinary and vaginal health. I was just getting over a UTI and yeast infection and so far so good. I’ll continue buying and see if they work, I’m sure the longer you take them the better. I’ve read good reviews and was told these are one of the best probiotics for female care. Fingers crossed I’ve finally found something after many years of trying.
