My cats loved the flavor. I mixed it with water to increase their water intake and it truly helps.

Our 10 year old male cat has been diagnosed with urinary disease and so has been on prescription urinary food exclusively. I was running very low and decided to try this one which isn’t prescription cat food, but called “urinary”. It is the same brand of his prescription urinary food. He eats both the dry and wet. Also his treats have to be urinary specified. We have been using Royal Canin exclusively as he’s a picky eater and if likes it, I figure best to stick to the known. I decided to try this non-prescription variety although his prescription food just came in. He absolutely loved it. Ate every last morsel of it. A pretty picky eater generally. Could have also loved it just because it’s different. I think I’d like some variety if I ate the same thing day after day. lol He has been on 100 percent urinary food for at least a year now. Good to know that there is an option in a pinch. Check with your vet if it’s ok to alternate the prescription with the non prescription cans, but the non-prescription urinary wet food costs significantly less than the prescription one.

My picky spoiled cats prefer this over everything else.

My cat seems to really like this wet food. I got it and continue to use it because she was diagnosed with cystitis and was recommended this product. In my experience, it’s been effective and is definitely palatable to her, though she does like most things with chicken in it. The price might be a little higher than other brands, but it’s worth it since she's been doing better. I have bought this from Amazon several times, but lately tend to buy it directly from the local pet store since sometimes shipping can damage the cans and cause spillage/spoiling of the food.

My cat had a uti and was put on clavamox. Due to worrying he could get a blockage which is very serious and life threatening I bought to very expensive RX only urinary diets at petco and this non rx one from amazon. He and my other cats wouldn't touch the other ones, well one would eat a tiny bit of the most expensive one by Hills Science. When I gave the uti cat this one he ate all of it and he really likes it. However only 4 stars due to the price it is way too pricey. I'm ordering more for now until he fully recovers and then will be switching him back to his home cooked which provides a lot more moisture. I will be doing a urine sample soon once the clavamox is out of his system to see if she still has bacteria, and crystals at all. I believe this uti was caused by him being on another antibiotic for two weeks for something else- he will only eat the pills crushed in whole tuna treats and it was too much. TG he didn't get a blockage and is peeing ok now. I will keep some of this food on hand at al times in case he needs it again. Way too expensive though, but still cheaper than the RX ones. This is the first time any of my cats ever ate a diet meant for a specific health condition rx or non rx.

My cat is a fussy eater and he likes this food. It has improved his urinary ph.

Royal Canin Urinary Care Slices in Gravy Cat Food is highly recommended by our Veterinarian. My cat loves it and it is helping with her diet.
