I didn’t expect to use the app much, but now I find myself checking the TDS and filter status every now and then. It's actually quite useful. The water quality has definitely improved, and the taste feels much cleaner compared to before. We’ve already had a couple of power cuts, and the in-built backup ensured we still had access to water, which was a big plus. The touch screen is simple and convenient, especially with preset options for daily use. Installation was done recently and went smoothly without any hassle. Also, knowing that there’s no service needed for 2 years gives a lot of peace of mind. Overall, it’s been a comfortable upgrade and fits well into our routine.

I’ve been using the Native Urban Pro M2 water purifier with very hard borewell water (~1500 TDS), and overall the performance has been quite impressive. The purifier is able to significantly reduce TDS to safe drinking levels, and the taste of the water has improved a lot. Even with such high input TDS, the filtration works efficiently, which shows the RO membrane quality is good. Water clarity is excellent, and there’s no unusual smell or taste after purification. One thing I really liked is the stable performance — even after continuous use, the output quality remains consistent. The design is modern and compact, making it suitable for home use without taking much space. Installation and setup were also smooth. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The water wastage is noticeable, especially with very high TDS input, which is common in RO systems but still something to consider. Also, the storage capacity could be slightly better for larger families. The app connectivity is useful but can be improved in terms of responsiveness and features. Overall, it’s a good choice for areas with very hard water, especially borewell sources. It does its main job — purifying high TDS water — effectively. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

The design is sleek and stylish and it incorporates all essential features of a modern water purifier. Additional features like battery backup for free flow water dispensing function is useful in case of a power outage. The 2 year service warranty is also excellent and clear on terms and conditions and future extension is also impressive. Installation services were prompt, on time and well executed by an experienced executive, Mr. Satish Kumar. It is only 2 days after installation and using the product, but I feel the water tastes good and the amount of rejected water is comparitively very less than my previous water purifier, Aquaguard Total Duo RO+UV(used for almost 13years). The 8l tank capacity is sufficient for a family 4-5 people and it gets filled quickly(depending on input water quality). Realtime monitoring on the UC app helps know and understand the details of the product's functioning. The body is sturdy but I strongly feel the retractable tray could have been designed and built better. Altogether, it was a good buy on Amazon with excellent Card offers and exchange benefits.5⭐

Complete value for money, easy installation, IOT sensors and brilliant design and performance. Best part is the device function and water quality as well as filter health, everything is available on app. You can literally see the tds live in your app of input water and output water. Only one caution, since the water outlet is on the top, plan installations as per the height adjustment, in most of the water purification systems, the outlets are at the bottom.
