This is a really good product. It's more natural than some other products on the market, and I find it very effective and fast working. It makes a big difference to flare-ups. I was recently recommended Gaviscon Advance, and two days in, I'm not sure it's as affective as these GaviNatura tablets, so I'll be sticking to these.Downsides: the tablets have an interesting, slightly perfumed taste that I don't love, but is better than all the mint flavoured products that can aggravate GERD (why do companies do that!?). The bottle doesn't last long if you need more than 1 a day, and I've also been struggling finding the product in stores for a while.The current price for x3 bottles is pretty reasonable compared to paying individually for them.

Excellent & really effective in relieving symptoms naturally

Chronic GERD means I take PPI's and Gaviscon on a regular basis. Sometimes though, there's a breakthrough and I find on those instances these tablets work.They also say they relieve ardour, but thugh I've been slipping them in my husband's coffee every evening they don't seem to be working on that. ;)

Every now and then I need to take some strong anti-inflammatory and the catch 22 of taking naproxen wrecking my stomach and having to take Proton pump inhibitors (lansoprazole) and then these causing a histamine response when eating food.
