These are addictive. They have great flavor and love the amount of protein. It take like your eating a rice crispy treat. I can't say enough good things about this. That is why I keep waiting for them to say this actually causes you to gain weight, like when Cady gave Regina George the "weight loss bar" from Australia.

For people such as myself who is on a low-carb/Keto diet, these hit that spot. Taste is funny at first, sort of like toasted rice mixed with vanilla protein powder but definitely has sweetness from the sucralose used. I would recommend eating your first one and then abstaining for a bit, the flavor can off put some people (my mother who is a diabetic, for example), but once you try a third or fourth, you'll start to enjoy them as a dessert/reward snack.

These are much better than expected. Doesn’t raise my sugars and they are much bigger than expected. I actually cut them in half. Not a real rice crispy treat but being a diabetic it definite fills the void for me. I would recommend them for sure. I’ve have purchased these quite a few times.

Need scissors to open each snack. While the snack is crispy and consistency similar to rice crispy bars, they have a rather strange taste.

These taste just like marshmallow treats but are better for you. They are a bit pricey, but I don't eat one every day, just as a treat or quick breakfast when necessary. Mine came with a really pretty cereal spoon, which was a nice surprise!

If you like rice crispy treats, but are requiring a lower in sugar, higher in protein and fiber option this might just be your product. I have had the marshmallow, birthday cake and chocolate peanut butter and I would have to say my favorite are the marshmallow and birthday cake. They are in my area a little bit harder to find so I have been purchasing them from here but I do have to say it’s extremely expensive $9.99 for four treats/protein bars. I like to have them as my evening sweet treat snack, but they also help curb my appetite. As I’m finding out with lower sugar, higher protein, higher fiber, snacks they do tend to be higher cost, and you do have to get used to the difference between sugar and no sugar or low sugar, but I will say these are probably some of the best that I’ve had.
