This product provides a light dose of caffine a nice pick me up. It melts well. Very easy to carry and use. The taste is s bit bitter. It helped my headache go away. It lasted about 4 hours. It did not upset my stomach. Would use again. Good value for product. I did not get jittery at all. It did help me focus a bit better.

I absolutely love these and have them on subscription! I’ve offered them to quite a few people, several of which found the mint to be really overpowering tho. I personally like mint and this is a good flavor. I find the mint to be very refreshing and I make a point to drink a glass of water after I have one. I also can absolutely tell I get a nice pick me up within 5 or 10 minutes of taking one or two strips, but I never feel jittery. I just realize my eyes aren’t heavy anymore and I’m through my afternoon slump. It’s totally allowed me to skip my afternoon cup of coffee and the extra 150 cal that came with it. Maybe even the best thing is it’s so small and fits in my little purse. I keep them stashed everywhere. I like I can have them anywhere and don’t feel like I need to track down a place to grab a cup of coffee.

These are not cost effective. It's actually 2 strips to get to 80mg so it's basically $10 for 6 servings. I'm used to 2 cans of Celsius a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon. These do not compare or even come close. When I tried to increase the caffeine intake by taking more of these, my head started hurting. They taste fine.

I think these little guys work great! They’re the size of Listerine strips, so I carried them in my bag. They taste like one too, but maybe with a slight bitter taste I always cringe to, but I may just be a baby.. Whenever someone was tired, I let them take one and Boom, they hit quick within a few seconds :) Out of 4 people, they all agree that they felt it work! I remember watching a movie with friends, and they were both starting to pass out, so after giving them both a strip, they slayed alert and gave their commentary through the rest of the movie! However it may depend on the person’s tolerance of caffeine for how long it’ll take. Some had it last for a while and some for a short bit. But they do what they’re advertised to. :) If you’re in need of quick energy, try these out!

These strips have 40mg of caffeine in each strip. They dissolve quickly in the mouth (unlike most of the strips out there), taste great - very minty, and work fast. The container is small and convenient. These are by far the best caffeinated breath-strips I have found. They do cost a bit more per mg caffeine than other products, especially the slow-working gummies, but these are worth every penny for on-the-go convenience, effectiveness, and taste.

The taste of these aren’t too great, do have a great smell though. Haven’t tried multiple strips at once because of the taste so can’t touch too much on effectiveness, I wouldn’t advise anyone who is looking to get some not to get them, but i probably wouldn’t recommend them either.
