We ordered a specific size, but unfortunately, the boots that arrived were not the correct size. This was quite disappointing because we were really looking forward to keeping them. The fit was off, and they just didn’t feel right on my husband’s feet. As a result, we had to go through the hassle of returning the boots, which was a bit of a pain. To avoid going through the return process again, we decided to purchase a different pair from a local store. This way, we could try them on and ensure they fit perfectly before buying. While it was a bit of an inconvenience, we were determined to find a pair that would work for us. In the end, if the Bruno Marc boots had arrived in the correct size, I would have gladly given them five stars. They truly are a beautiful and well-priced pair of boots. But unfortunately, the sizing issue meant we had to explore other options. Despite this setback, I still appreciate the quality and style of these boots and would consider purchasing another pair in the future, just to make sure we get the right size next time.

Love them, super comfy, thank goodness I got a 9, not too tight or loose. Perfect fit, super easy to slip on and for the price you can't go wrong!

Fair for the price. They stained my socks and are pretty cheap looking. They still add character and can be dressed up or down with ease. They fit me fine and feel comfortable to me as someone who prefers minimal support.
