I’m enjoying it

It was really good acting, they looked like actual high school kids, and I mean that in a good way. While the teacher was doing the right thing, we actually wanted steamy romance.

One of the best indie movie to come out this year!

When considering the ELA standard that asks students to review different modes and media of one text, this movie--Blame--came to my attention as it was supposed to be a modern adaptation of The Crucible. It is that, but it is not something I would show students. After previewing the movie, I returned it the next day. It's soft porn with a very awkward and unrelatable plot and denouement. It was not my cup of tea, nor something that I can support for a positive recommendation.

Not much to this. Shock at the end didn't justify the buy. Bad mistake on my part.

Slow, boring & depressing...

Ottimo come descrizione

Wieso braucht der deutsche Verleiher diesen unnötigen Zusatz "verbotenes Verlangen"? Das lockt völlig falsche Zielgruppen an, die dann nur enttäuscht sind. Quinn Shepard hat diesen Film gedreht und ist die Hauptdarstellerin (spielt dabei auch noch eine Jugendliche, wow). Bei so etwas gibt der/die Schauspieler natürlich alles, weil ihnen ihr Film auch "am Herzen liegt". Das merkt man in jeder Szene, und das ist gut so........................ Ansonsten ein solides Thema für ein Schuldrama, und auch ein passendes Ende, ohne (oder vielleicht doch irgendwie)Happy-End. Passt schon.
