I bought the unflavored and I’ve been using it for a month now, I mix it in with my coffee and it doesn’t change the flavor or consistency. I’ve noticed great results in my skin in just this first month. I will say the first couple weeks were rough, my skin broke out like crazy and I typically don’t have acne (I’m in my early 30’s), after that initial declogging my skin has looked and felt amazing with no additional outbreaks, my husband even commented on how good my skin looks. I haven’t noticed any weight loss per se but I’ve also maintained my current weight despite various cheat days/weekends. The tub lasted me almost an entire month, it was 2 days shy of a full months supply. I have noticed overall my gut health seems to be better and I haven’t changed my diet, I’m more regular now. For me personally it doesn’t make me feel full or not want to eat so I would not use it as a meal replacement. I don’t know if this can be attributed to the product but I’ve also slept much better, I’m relaxed and ready to fall asleep at night and I stay asleep. This is such a great, well-rounded supplement for women!!! Highly recommended! I first ordered this month's ago and decided to Give it 60-90 days before writing the review. I am now on my 3rd order. Some of the benefits were immediate, like boosted energy levels. Initially, drinking a full scoop gave me some higher blood pressure and feeling shaky. After about 6 weeks, that's mostly worn off now and I feel a pleasant energy boost that lasts long throughout the day. For example, I drank a scoop 7 hours ago and I'm still feeling pretty good. I've also been waking up and falling asleep more easily, and in a better mood when I wake up (says my husband lol). It has helped me regulate my bowel movements also. My hair stylist told me that my hair was softer and shinier than she's ever seen it before. And I feel like it's brought some more color/life to my face also, which is the main reason why I ordered it (aging). All in all, I'm excited about the benefits and will continue using it. I think it is well worth the cost. One container lasts me about 30 days using 1 scoop per day. I drink it along with powdered creamer in my coffee. I been using this for two months, Im done with one bottle and im starting my second one now. Im also dieting and eating better, this supplement aids in fat loss but it won’t be significant if you aren’t on a diet or clean eating. So far I like that it’s flavorless so I can add it to coffee or matcha drinks and tastes really good! My only complaint is that it comes with a discount QR code however you can’t use it on Amazon. I would love to get another bottle with my discount!
