Beautiful at night and very relaxing flickering away good qaulity product would recommend.

Myself and my clients love this diffuser when they come for a relaxing treatment. I think it’s great value for price, great quality, and lovely and relaxing. The only reason for 4 stars is all of a sudden one side has stopped working (as seen by the photo) and I’ve only had it for for 2 months. I’ve tried to fix this but nothing I do seems to be working. I’ve used it about 3 times a week for about 6 hours in total, so it’s not been used much when this happened I’m happy with it, and would buy another maybe it’s just my one that has a little fault somewhere!

The diffuser is really good and the build quality seems solid. Very easy to set up and get going. The mist level is quite impressive and gives a great flame effect. For how much it is, I think it's well worth the money. The diffuser has a light humming sound due to operation but this doesn't really impact the experience. Overall, very happy with this and would highly recommend.

I feel completely ripped off, they promote loads of smoke coming out and as you can see from my photo there practically none. It’s also quite loud. Save your money!

I bought this for a nice glow and aroma diffuser for relaxation the darker months ahead. It works well on the aroma diffuser front and it looks great but after having it on for some time (an hour or so) I noticed condensation and water on the back of the device as well as water on the table it was on which is actually near the switch and power lead! It has an audible hum from the fan and you can hear water drops from the inside which doesn't bother me but may bother others if trying to watch TV, etc. It's easy to use (all controls are on the back), I've decided to keep it as I like the effect and the aroma diffuser but have kept it on a small towel if left on for a while. Not sure on longevity but for £19.99 I'm not sure it is value for money. I would have liked better performance (like not making your table wet).

Faulty on arrival, lights work, but then as soon as you turn on the diffuser function it keeps turning itself off , sometimes straightaway sometimes after a few seconds , when it works for a few seconds the fan is noisy , which is not great if your having it on your bedside cupboard to help you relax. I now have to go far to return it which is annoying and will buy a more expensive better quality one.
